How to stop overthinking and start taking decisions

Thinking again and again is required when you are dealing with any cucial phase of your life but getting stuck to the same logics repeatedly is a sign of overthinking.  Overthinking destroy the ability to take good decisions in life. It increases the risk of mental illness and instability in life. It wecomes anxiety and depression. You must trigger out overthinking at an early stage. If you can relate with following points then you are knowingly or unknowingly overthinking: 1. Hasitating in expressing your point of view. Keeping silence when you should take your stand. Avoiding discussions. Instead you keep fighting those fights in your mind. 2. Procastination become your habit. Being lazy in taking any decisions having perception for all situations. You have reason for everything. You think like you have superpowers and you can predict the Future but the fact is that the Future is unpredictable. None of your thoughts have power to change...
